Follow these steps to get your Minecraft installation up and running, ready to join the
collab server
Modrinth App setup
If you do not have the app, you can download it here:Modrinth App
If you are running the app for the first time log in to Minecraft, you can skip the Modrinth account login
Press the green + button in lower-left of the app and select the "From File" option
Press "Import from file" button and select the modpack file downloaded using the button on top of this page
Profile "Ducky's Collab" should appear on app's main screen, move the mouse over it to see the green play button to start Minecraft
After the game shows the main menu screen, verify that the version displayed in the bottom left corner is ...
Backing up explored map between modpack upgrades
Inside of the Modrinth app, click on the "Ducky's Collab" (not the green start button)
At the profile details screen, click on the "Folder" button
In order to preserve the explored map data, from the opened directory copy the xaero and/or journeymap folder into a safe place
After upgrading the modpack simply copy back the backed-up folder back into the profile directory
Performance improvement options The following steps gradually reduce the visual quality for performance gain
From main menu navigate to "Options", "Video Settings", "Shader Packs" and "Shader Pack Settings"
Change "Profile" by clicking on it to a lower setting
Press "Apply" and "Done"
From main menu navigate to "Options" and "Video Settings"
Change the "Max Framerate" setting to 60 fps
Press "Apply" and "Done"
From main menu navigate to "Options" and "Video Settings"
Change the "Render Distance" setting to 12 chunks or lower,
the lower the value the higher the performance boost
Press "Apply" and "Done"
From main menu navigate to "Options", "Video Settings"
and "Shader Packs"
Press the "Shaders: Enabled" button to disable the extra
visual shaders
Press "Done"

After trying to join the server I get the information that I am not on the list, what
gives?
Answer: The server functions on an invitation basis, to get access contact Xspeed
After playing for a while my game crashes or just quits unexpectedly, what do I do?
Answer: Most likely the settings you are using are too much for your machine or you have too
many other programs open
I have a problem not described here, improvement idea, mod suggestion or in need of overall support, huh?
Answer: Do not hesitate to drop Xspeed a message on Discord, no matter the time or place
